This form is for letters that are being submitted to the print edition only. To join the debate, use the eLetters feature found on the abstract page of the article to which you wish to respond. We welcome your responses to papers that appear in Health Affairs. Letters should not exceed 250-300 words. Health Affairs reserves the right to edit all letters for clarity and length. Letters submitted via the Web will be published at the editors' discretion. We also reserve the right to publish them either in print or on our Web site.
